Orders
usually take 4 days to 2 weeks for
delivery
within the USA, and a bit longer for international
orders.
We use US Postal Service and UPS in shipping our
orders. -
Shipping
& Handling Rates: Please note that we

INTERNATIONALLY.
Orders for shipment to all other countries outside the
USA and Canada will be cancelled.

REFUND
POLICY:
Even
though your card is charged for the full amount of the
order at the time the order is placed, we will refund
you for any item that we cannot ship to you. The
authorization system will automatically charge a card
if it is approved. We
will replace any damaged CD or Cassette if you notify
us and return the damaged item back to
us. If
you change your mind about your order and want to
cancel it after you have placed it, email us right
away. We will cancel your order and refund the amount
ONLY if we have not yet shipped it. If we have already
shipped it, we cannot cancel your

Our
goal is to serve your music needs and we always try to
have all items listed on our site available to you.
Sometimes, an item may be discontinued or is
temporarily out due to high demand or lack of
supply.If
an item is OUT OF STOCK, you may get a refund or
choose a different item in its
place. If
an item is Back-Ordered or not immediately available,
we will email you to notify you and ship the rest of
your order. The missing item will be shipped as soon
as it gets to us.
